Great capture of the winter light and trough it strong atmospheric image

The way you captured the light, playing on the trees and snow, is beautiful. You've taken a snowy woods image to a different level of interest. Very nice.

For some reason, I thought I'd seen this and commented...sorry for the oversight, Kim...this is truly lovely. Capturing both the wind blowing the snow and the light penetrating the trees is very cool. Excellent shot.

So much has already been said about this wonderful image. I'll just add that I think that Director Peter Jackson would be proud to include this scene in Lord of the Ring's Middle Earth. I can visualize some of the strange characters jumping out from behind the trees.
