We went to the west bank town of Hebrone and this shot was taken of a

boy in a youth center. They work with the childern to do sports and

other activities during the day.

Strange picture of a young boy.

I can see that from Shraga Kraus comment though that racism and bigotry, even when it comes to a picture of a child, is sadly alive and well.

I rather liked this image. My only comment would be that it works a little better for me when the picture is cropped closer to the boy's head, for instance perhaps right above the other childrens' heads.

Ignoring the ignorance of people's statements which are 100% outside of the photo realm, what I like about this photo is the glaring emptiness around the boy. I can feel the heat and the sunshine. I can hear his thoughts in his head. This shot is weird/strange, yes, but in a good way.
