"Into thin air"

In John Krakaur's book, "Into thin air" Aspen, Colorado local, Neal Beidleman comes outbetter than most as he is able to help several wayward mountaineers on Everest to saftey in the Notorious 96 expedition. This was shot in the paper's photo room with a slide of Rob Hall projected on his face. It was the cover for a weekly story on Aspen's Hymalayan connection.
