lee_panitz 0 Posted August 8, 2002 This was shot a while back for a fashion book I was working on at the time. I have always liked it as a stand alone image. What do you think? Link to comment
carson wilson 0 Posted August 8, 2002 Nice composition and lighting. I find the image intriguing, but it does look staged. Maybe this is because the actors look too well groomed to be doing what I think they're up to. Link to comment
twmeyer 0 Posted August 8, 2002 It only looks staged because the light is so nice... people this "well groomed" can have spontaneous moments of passion as can us free spirits in t shirts and jeans. They just wait until they're on the way home from the opera, instead of on the way to the concert in the park (don't want to mess up those phat rags!). This is a great shot that does stand on it's own... t Link to comment
ritwik_bhattacharya 0 Posted August 13, 2002 The lighting is very good, and there is a spontaneity to the photo. The crop of their heads gives it a sort of snapshot-like look to me, as if the photographer did not have time to frame. Link to comment
olly_samuel 1 Posted August 16, 2002 Take this how you will, but i rekon if Helmut Newton and Norman Parkinson got togather theyd end up with somthing like this. Link to comment
lee_panitz 0 Posted August 18, 2002 I'm familiar with Helmut Newton, but who's this Norman Parkinson? Link to comment

alex_p._schorsch 0 Posted August 27, 2002 The light makes it look DREAMLIKE. Looks like you used a diffusing filter, or is it just the light that is diffusing everything? Link to comment
lee_panitz 0 Posted August 29, 2002 Yes, we did use a diffusing filter. Sorry this wasn't in the tech notes. Link to comment
