gringojeringo 0 Posted January 23, 2008 Please offer suggestions for how I can improve my work. Thanks! Link to comment
dyowell 0 Posted January 23, 2008 I'd love to know how you got this idea, Aaron. I read this passage when I gave our daughter away at her wedding 15 years ago. It still brings tears to my eyes, partly because of that but more because of how much He loves His Church! I looked at your very nice portfolio...you have a lot of talent and live an interesting life. Just keep on shooting as He directs! (And keep on posting them here where we can see them!) You'll do fine! Link to comment

midget 0 Posted January 25, 2008 The shot seems simple but the idea is brilliant. B & W suits it very well, I think. Personally, I'd add some framing, but I like it very much anyway. Congrats, Chris. Link to comment
ajsanford 0 Posted January 26, 2008 Excellent concept, and realized very nicely. I love the heart shadow. Regards, Amanda Link to comment
owenimages 0 Posted January 26, 2008 Lovely photo, yes...BUT I HAVE SEEN THIS BEFORE. Not sure where I have seen this before but...If an idea is taken from someone else, I think they should be credited... Still a very nice photo though. Link to comment
gringojeringo 0 Posted March 10, 2008 I have tried to find the origin of this concept with no luck. I can't find the particular rendition I first saw, and I can't find any indication of who started it. If you look around you will find quite a number of variations on this theme. If anyone knows where it began, I would be very interested to know, and I would be happy to give credit where credit is due. Link to comment
robertjewett 0 Posted September 13, 2008 Tisk tisk. Digital Camera World, October, page 18. If you knew you saw it before, you should have said just that. http://images.google.com/images?q=heart+ring+shadow&gbv=2&hl=en&sa=2 Lot of them out there. Link to comment
gabriel_rosales 0 Posted December 18, 2008 Great image. I saw some people were commenting on the origin of this idea. I have seen it in a book by Mark Ridout if I'm not mistaken ( and I very well could be , the book has photographic contributions from 4 different photographers) In any case, I've seen one other one on photo.net, but in my opinion, this is the loveliest one I've seen yet. Great job! Link to comment
meydad 0 Posted October 10, 2010 beautiful picture...does not matter to me at all if the concept is original or not. Link to comment
