Please advise - Cropping? Should I change the blown out areas?

Colour? Only the horse and rider are in colour. Advice, complaints,

even just a hello.

What's up with her face? She looks horribly disfigured. I like your use of color, but question the distortion to the rest of the image. Is it really neccessary?

The facial distortion was created by the find lines part of the smart blur filter. In the final version, I toned down those lines. As for distortion - I was trying to go for some - ultimately trying for a pen and wash effect. Not too successful though.
