carsten_ranke 0 Posted January 20, 2008 This is excellent. I love the blue frost hues, against the warm red - brown colors in the upper part. Very well composed, the line of rocks goes to the mountain, and there is a nice echo of shapes Link to comment

whydangle 0 Posted January 23, 2008 Very well rendered landscape Simon. The foreground rocks are dusted on top like powdered sugar. Fortuneatly, the mountains show a snow line, which reveals the rich earthy color of the landscape. Really Nice! Link to comment
will king 0 Posted January 23, 2008 This sure doesn't lack in the WOW category. I love the contrast in this and yet you still have lots of dynamic range. Just my style. Great job. Link to comment
peter_heyes 0 Posted January 23, 2008 Hi Simon, This is a truly stunning mountain image. I think your photography has improved exponentially over the past few years, and you seem to have hit another level since you left "the other site". This is an inspirational image in the true sense, in that this will give me a kick up the bum to get back in the mountains and try (in vain) to match this. All the very best. Pete Link to comment
rekaras 0 Posted January 30, 2008 Excellent exposure, so many well done elements, the detail, reflections, soft flow of water, color and textural feel, just superb. Congrats, rek. Link to comment

AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted February 4, 2008 The relative size and shape between the foreground and the hills works very well. Link to comment
ian cameron 0 Posted March 5, 2008 Hi Simon Great to see you are posting images still I lost track of you for a wee while. This is a belting image with a beautiful ambient glow to it and magnificently composed to boot. By the way what did you do with the big Pentax. I shall keep an eye out for you here, nice to see your work being held in such deservedly high regard. All the best Ian Cameron. Link to comment
