I like this because you have use the range of light and kept the mid-tones. There are no absolute black areas; the shadow areas show detail. The sky - which is in stark contrast to those shadows also has detail of textures to the clouds. The brightest spot on the view is the point of light above the steeple yet is is not entirely void of colour and detail. Whether you did this in photoshop or the darkroom it is very well done. I also like the fact that the main point of light is above the steeple - I don't know if this was your objective but would give the impression that you are trying to convey that the church or God is the beacon, as if it were a light house.

Becouse I did not gave any explanation to this photo it is time that I wrote it down.

 

This photo was taken with reason. My goal was to show church in the sun, but not direct. It is hiden some where between trees and it looks like that it is part of the woods.

Yes I did some work in "darkroom" but this work was minor. I only made corrections in curves with dark tones. Every thing is like it was taken. I have to say that this kind of photographing is becoming my life.
