nichroe 0 Posted April 10, 2008 Thanks so much Laurent-Paul,,,yes its one of those not-very-pretty but gives U something nice-without-words feelings,,,so now we are three of us,, to see it ;;;))) ,,,,,,,,re niels Link to comment
mcclure 0 Posted April 19, 2008 I really like the color and the creative treatment. You've transformed an interesting image into something great. Part of me wants to suggest using Photoshop lens correction to true the hallway verticals but the twist adds to the interest and message. Very nice Niels! Link to comment
nichroe 0 Posted April 19, 2008 Thanks John,,,yeah it`s a shot saying nothing,,and still keep on,,90 or 180 straight degrees,,who cares,,,nobody see that way,,in real time,,i think its time for all of us, to read up-side down,,,things different that way,,new stories,,,it`s no problem when we fly or dive or look at a nude-body !? mcclure 0 Posted April 20, 2008 I honestly love this capture but I rated it honestly. "90 or 180 straight degrees,,who cares" - I do. I'm View Camera trained and know the audience (viewer) will immediately point at the distortion as a flaw if it doesn't agree with their belief that the world is in "true".If this was mine to freely play with, I'd true the verticals and play with the exposure levels of the painting to make the painting foreground - which will pay off the overall frame treatment with a message about the perception of art in a "space".Best, john Link to comment
nichroe 0 Posted April 20, 2008 OK John i accept, but if that`s the fact,,,then i deny the fact,,I`W try to change the audieance`paradigme :),,meanwhile,,,John, if you have the time,,U can have it,,change it the way U think is right,,and then go for a rating,,,niels ,,,ps,,but honestly,,now you have drawn my attention,,the shot looks different,,now it`s wrong! mcclure 0 Posted April 20, 2008 Sorry Niels!!! There isn't any right or wrong it was just a thought - an opinion. Like I said earlier, I like what the twist adds to the message. Link to comment
