Ice Castle

ian cameron

It was a delightfully fresh day to traipse around one of my favourite un-manned, visit when you want castles. A rigid hard frost coated the grasses, yet where the sun had caught the brow of grass either side of a cobbled path, the frost had melted leaving twin stripes of green which looked uncannily like those minty green slithers of gel you find sueezed within tubes of those branded toothpastes.New!! i've got a soft spot for roads running away to the horizon-- this is a very nice one, the combination of blue frost and long shadows really makes this a very alluring image.
