Doorstop, Abstract

Tell me what you think! I tend to enjoy playing with depth of field, and close ups of things you may or may not recognize. Please critique my other work too. I'd love feedback, negative or positive. The only thing I don't want to hear about is PS. if I use it? :) Of course I do. Sometimes lots, sometimes not at all beyond just to get the picture on the computer and resize them ;)

This shot was Color "adjusted" it originally was a greenish yellow from being improperly "white-balanced" I like the blue/violet glow to it though. Thanks in advance for constructive criticism, of this and anything else in my portfolio of shared pictures

I, too, like to do abstracts with everyday objects, so I thought I would comment on this one. There is something appealing about the arrangement. The lines all seem "right" to me for some reason, but I can't quite place it. I would, however, liked to have seen all of the cords in focus, as your depth of field is really, really, really tight. Nice work, though.

i love the idea. the notch and flaky paint adds to it a lot. thats what got my attention.

I am a fan of short DOF, close-up and abstract!

dof perfect imo, I might crop the bottom focus to out of focucus there seems... un... un... 'un' something.
