Some detailed feedback, since you asked: Of the pair, the headshot is much more dynamic. Without the scarf, and with her expression, the model looks almost like a girl who was made to dress up, not comfortable. She almost looks vulnerable to me, which can be great but doesn't seem quite right for this image, to me. Photographically the lighting is excellent, etc. You do great work.
