Scary is another possible title. The capture is great, I think you might consider a bit more contrast to make it punch a little more. Her hair color and the background tones are fighting a little. There are a few small highlights that are blown to pure white, maybe bring those back just a bit. She has my full attention.

The picture works for me. Maybe the expression in her face does not reflect the way she is dressed. Try it in b&w, I'm sure it does work much better.
