Civic Center from the Capitol Steps

The 8 X 10 Film this image is captured on is bigger than the image appears on your monitor... Unless you have one of those really big ones that cost as much as the camera that took this picture!

Took this one last year when we got the first of two 3-foot blizzards in Denver. Hope you

Beautiful shot Bobby.

Wonderfull color, great composition and light. Although the lines of the building in the background look a little soft.

I think the whole idea of this shot is that it is sharp. Bobby is basically showing you an image that was recorded on 80 sq. inches of film that is resolving 160 lpm. This shot is a drum scanned from the detail of the crop shown.

 

Don't worry I think am talking over the heads of just about everybody on this sight, including the EVLES!

Nice shot Bobby, I would say that this is a good shot that was double exposed on 8x10 that will be looked at for historical value in a 100 years because of it's detail. Oh, and by the way, you actually have to had a knowledge of range, a light meter and the ability to doo this all on 2 stops of range.
