"Lighted Firehole"

Winter in Yellowstone is magical! I spent couple of days early this

year - and it was my first visit in winter, even though I have

visited several times during summer. I took the snow coach ride into

the park and snowshoed few trails. My friend Lalit and I had just

few minutes in the Firehole Falls area - and I just happen to

discover this particular spot where the early morning sun rays

beamed into the canyon. I wish had more time - but I could only take

three shots! Very minimal post processing, USM, WB to slightly

Excellent and beautiful capture!

Hmm... they look like two different places. I can feel the warmth in this picture and it adds a fresh feel. I think i like the vertical a bit better only because i feel that snow bank on the bottom left is distracting, but a great capture none the less
