Sunrise in Sunset

This was taken on a cold winter morning near Sunset Mountain Trail

in Idaho, near Idaho City. My friend Lalit Deshmukh and I hiked

(snow-shoed) very early in the morning to get there early for

sunrise. It was a beautiful sunrise that day and layers of fog

enveloped the pine trees letting diffused light in. I used 12-24mm

lens with a circular polarizer.

Post processing: slight adjustments to contrast, sharpness and

saturation in Photoshop elements.

My most favorite of your portfolio. Not sure why the web version looks slightly soft. As far as I remember it was very very crisp on the print? Might need a USM on web version?
