Hi Scott. This technique could produce some good results, but this particular example leaves me flat. I do have a couple of suggestions though: You might try using a cluster of LEDs (or whatever the light source was) instead of a single source. Maybe tape them together and use fewer passes. Maybe point them toward the camera part of the time and away from the camera part of the time. It's probably worth experimenting with.
