It is a beautiful image. I really like the strong geometry and interesting shape of the sky. Nicely done. Dan

Thank you Jack, once again you surprise me with something really evident, once you've mentioned it, that I had foreseen before. Which is wonderful, it's just like rediscovering one's own work.

Cheers,

Hi Juan! First, thank you for your compliments and encouragement;) The door from the gun emplacement and mortar battery is part of a rather large series that I had completed down at Sandy Hook NJ. The old ruins dates back to the 1800s and some areas like the light house was in use until only a few decades ago..I believe;) The soldiers houses which were built in georgian style houses all stand vacant ( I will add the soldiers houses soon..I have one in the silouette of sun setting). I am glad you liked it..thank you! I looked over your pofolio and it is amazing! I love your abstracts and structures/architectures..like this one. Wonderful perspective, angles, reflections and colors! I love to add it to my favorites;) Looking forward to seeing more from you and hope to learn from your style and creativity! Take care!

Amey, I feel overwhelmed by the depth of your comment, and liking of this image. As someone that recently discovered your admirable work, I truly appreciate your words. I’m really glad you liked this one, and will surely be waiting to hear and see more from you in the future. Cheers,

Richard, as Amey’s your comment has left me feeling pretty enthusiastic; when someone whose work I admire so, comes and writes about an image like you did, its simply fantastic. Thank you for reaching back into my repertoire, to comment on this “aged” buddy of mine. Cheers
