awaraagard 0 Posted February 19, 2008 i feel blessed to have been born in a region loaded with rich vibrancy of color and cultures! at the same time i feel cursed for the tarnished image of my homeland which successive military dictators and politicians float to the world. regards! Link to comment
rascal64 9 Posted February 19, 2008 I have never been to Pakistan...I have heard it is an incredible place. I try so hard to accept the world and particularly the leaders...it is so hard when the peacemakers and gentle ones are persecuted and murdered in the name of a faulty unattainable and often unwanted ideal. Thank you for finding the beauty...it is so critical to our survival. Link to comment
awaraagard 0 Posted February 20, 2008 tiffany, i admire you understanding you our world's enigmatic dilemmas. 'often unattainable ideals', i agree but these ideals keep you and me going on the path of those who fear nothing, lay down everything they have in their insatiable quest for peace and nirvana. i appreciate your visit to my portfolio. regards! nathary 0 Posted February 25, 2008 I am impressed with this picture, all differences unite and make it beautiful in colour and composition. Nice to see two ladies in red in the centre of view. And I like the colour gradation by its vertical soft lines. I wish I can see more of your work in Children folder, you are good in capturing children's expression. Thank you for your comment on my picture, it is helpfull.Regards, Natalia. Link to comment
ricardo navarro 0 Posted February 25, 2008 Umair, I am against most kinds of manipulation in photography, and usually dislike them since so often they look so awkwardly unnatural, but you have achieved quite an outstanding and successful effect here, resulting in a beautiful image which I truly enjoy looking at. awaraagard 0 Posted February 25, 2008 Navarro, i personally hate manipulatrions on every image, but sometimes it can enhance the missing impact..or it can highlight the subtle emotions in a photo. i agree with your point. regards! Link to comment
