Twins

This is an old photo I recently dug up, and thought it looks quite

cute. I don't like the composition at all, though, and wonder why I

didn't include the entire bodies of the pups.

Yes. They are cute, but they are more -- little pinkish paws, noses touching. I am glad you didn't compose with the whole bodies. It is a more intimate picture with just the faces. Nice

No, they aren't Beagles. In fact, they're mongrels! My wife's parents adopted a mongrel a few years back, and these two were part of her litter.

I think that just the composition with the two noses so close, make this a good photo, to my opinion. ( I love dogs )Anna
