Plating

Love the repetition and think it is a good environmental portrait.

I do wonder why you chose that plate to maintain the colour in. I can see it might be because it is one of only two complete images and probably the one with best focus but I feel it takes away from what is happening in the overall shot.

If it was your intention to focus mainly on the food, (as opposed to the chef doing his thing) I wonder what a closer/cropped view of the plate would have looked like.
