silverdae 0 Posted March 5, 2008 With the contrast in color between the fox and the ridges behind him, I don't think you have to worry about the lines. They both draw you back in to the fox. You want to look around at the background, but you just can't- you have to go back to him. Excellent capture! Link to comment

Not Here 93 Posted November 23, 2009 Jim... First of all, we've been missing your postings for quite a while now. I'm glad Shenandoah brought this one back around again. Obviously the ridge lines were bothering you or you wouldn't have asked the question. I've visited this shot several times and continue to share your apprehension. Anyway, you never know how it will work unless tried, so here's a version with the ridge line raised a tad... I still say it's a remarkable image either way... Mike Link to comment
