Well, it is small pic - but where is grain ? Looks like Tri-X works really well with rodinal. I was doing TMAX-400@800 in ID-11 and have more grainy result - how it comes ?

I like the cropping. Perhaps a little dodging to lighten the face and hands a bit? Nice shot.

Dodging smodging, how about localized bleaching on the hands and his face. Black people have the best skin around for B/W prints and with the Funkmaster, he's got a lot of knap in his hair that could probably come back out along with his beard.

 

I think the crop is wonderful, and actually very metephorical to the way he is... lots of head room.
