hanna_v 0 Posted December 2, 2007 sensitive portrait, beautiful post-processing, nice title! I am not sure if a one-color frame might be better (less distracting) though and I agree about the nose... Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted December 2, 2007 As I have well entered the age of wrinkles myself, a picture like this brings on thoughts on modern societies' attitudes toward aging. Wisdom and experience are accompanied by wrinkles and yet we flee the signs our own mortality and take refuge in skin creams, lotions and promises of eternal youth. Something is askew. amalsircar 2 Posted December 3, 2007 Pep, thank you very much for your feedback. Hanna, many thanks for your visit and suggestion. Jack, wisdom and wrinkles do not always go together. Remember the story of Aldous Huxley's 'After Many a Summer'.In any case, you are wise without wrinkles and have eternal youth as evident from your works. Link to comment

dragonfly606 0 Posted April 15, 2009 Your top crop is my favorite. It makes me look only at his front facial features. I want to hug this man, and sit down and hear an old story, according to every line in his face. He has true character. Reminds me a litttle of Ernest Hemingway. Link to comment
