Simply Southend

I love the color in the sky but what is going on in the tree? It seems blury or maybe a group of nats flying around.

Also I like the line of the street compared to the circle of the building.

Thena the haze in around the tree I think is lens flair, though a group of gnats sounds a nicer cause.

Paul, Southend has changed a lot in the last twenty years, you probably would not recognise many parts of it. I dont live there. On the day I took the shot I had been to visit my accountant whos office is at the top of the hill to the left of the circular building, which is the passenger lift which links the lower level of the seafront to the upper level of pier hill. I never liked this shot but I posted it because it summed up my mood on the day. I am amazed you two happened by on the same day a year and a half after I posted it.
