I wait with bated breath...

I do like this image a lot, but I'm distracted by the desaturation of the skin in the adult's face. I can understand wanting to draw the focus down to the infant, but by reducing those other skin tones to nearly gray, I think it takes away a little bit from the entire effect. Leave a little color there, and it will be much more enjoyable, I think.

I am not qualified to critique the image, but I really do not like the title.

I agree with Rodrigo. The title of this photo doesn't fit.
