The blur effect looks really nice and I can see why you must like it, but to the random viewer its obviously arbitrary camera shake. It may look better if you cropped out the road and chose a section in the trees to give a more abstract impression.

 

Otherwise it could have been better if the motorcycle (it appears) was more in focus with a controlled motion blur. Which takes skill or luck or both.

Thanks Chris for your suggestions. I have to admit that I have a weird preference for unexpected and surprising effects which are often much more experimental than technically calculated and thus controlled. I guess if I did it the way you explained, it would have been a great and interesting photo with all the elments matching the assumed result. but maybe I would have lost the two additional souls that appeared from nowhere... and this is what I like the most about photography... ;-) Anyway, thank you again for taking your time and thinking it over. best!
