Well, I think the elements are there but:

- The jeans don't sell. They don't look good. They look too big. They should look sexy.

- With the white shirt she appears to have a long back and short legs. I'd go for lower camera point to emphasize legs.

- the reflections on the door are not very appealing.

- I would open it up 1/2 stop

I would still point out that the elements are there, but you could think more about details and their effect on the overall.
