Very nice composition and colors. However, there appears to be just too much noise in the sky. Also the clouds look flat. You might try using Noise Ninja to reduce the noise, and perhaps some basic dodging & burning on the clouds to give them a little more texture and depth. Also, the dark spot (a bird?) to the left of the statue is very distracting. Overall, this is a very pleasing image. I don't think it would take a lot of work to improve it dramatically. -Michael
