orion 0 Posted July 14, 2002 Would you eventually advice me to make digital alteration (for example move the boat to a better position) ? Link to comment
harold_leff 0 Posted July 14, 2002 I personally would move the boat to the right, under the 2nd. tree, while leaving it at the same distance from the shoreline Link to comment
josef_philipp 0 Posted July 16, 2002 Great foto with a fantastic mood. Despite of liking to work with photoshop I wouldn't change the pic. Of course Harold is right: the boat under the second tree would work a little bit better- but what about getting back to the location ;-) Link to comment
gl5 0 Posted July 18, 2002 this would be a better image if the boat was much closer to the camera. Link to comment

mike_sea 0 Posted August 15, 2002 Hi Joseph, To use a term I picked up from Lannie Kelly, the "Horizon Police" wouild have a field day with this shot. While I feel I am very lenient towards minor errors of this kind, the horizon seems to be off centre too far to do anything but draw my attention away from and suspected subjects...even the boat. I do stand to be corrected however it really seems to my eye (and screeN0 that the ater runs from right to left. If you can go back tot he spot, do it maybe without the blue in the shot because the potential is great for this scene. Mike Sea Link to comment
