The mood counts for alot!! Everything has been said - so I'll just add my admiration!!

I like very much your tribute to Cezanne. The distortion and instability are very near with "Le vase bleu".

Concerning the imperfection, what is perfection?

I don't think Cezanne and other great painters made "mistakes".

The color and light in this one are dreamy; I have always loved the color combination of aqua and coral together because of their tropical sense, and with the flowy white curtain it just adds to the serene feel of this image. I didn't even notice the perch of the vase at first because I was so drawn to these beautiful colors! Very well seen...thank you for sharing! :)

great use of light.  the only weird looking bit is the direct light at the bottom.  it looks too low contrast.  best, j
