myaggie2 0 Posted October 19, 2007 I'm new here so feel uncomfortable critiqueing. But I wanted to say that I opened this photo because it was beautiful in thumbnail format, and found it to be more so in large format. If I dared change anything about it it would be maybe to dodge the mist around the real mountains, or use some means to add to the mist so that it would accentuate the clarity of the reflection. beach bum photography 0 Posted October 19, 2007 I would change nothing about this shot. I know of alot of people who like to usePhotoshop to change their original shots. That is not something I do personally as I for one like the way this photo looks on it's own. I am not as fortunate enough to have such beautiful mountains where I live as I live in the florida where all the land is flat. But, we do have many beautiful things to photograph. But, just wanted to let you know how awesome this shot is and I personally would not change anything about this shot. Look forward to seeing more of your marvelous work in the future. c brake 0 Posted October 19, 2007 Wow, heaven on earth! Where is this place? Very strong image. Good fore/mid and backgrounds, excellent light, color, clarity and depth, great reflection. One of my mottos is, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." This definitely needs no fixing. Link to comment

lalit 0 Posted October 20, 2007 Very beautiful shot ..compositionwise. I would visit this 100 times in next one year to get various lighting conditions :-) At least get little warmer light. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted December 14, 2007 Greg, Excellent side light for revealing textures on the peaks. Fine natural framing by the grasses in the foreground and trees on the right side. Super details throughout, from the highlights on the peaks to the trees in the shadow areas. The water in the foreground couldn't be calmer, excellent for the reflections. Another jewel. Best, LM.
