Lacerda 1 Posted October 18, 2007 It is a very beautiful picture. About your question, I prefer this one. The colors gave life to the flower. God bless you. Link to comment
davidorea 1 Posted October 18, 2007 Another excellent composition, Roger. The forms, light and colors are great. Good work! Best regards! PS.- I prefer this one. The b/w is very elegant too. Perhaps the contrast and light are better in this one. Link to comment

frits_nieuwenburg 0 Posted October 18, 2007 Lovely lighting Roger. What light did you use for this shot? I fumbled around a bit with flowers today (yeh, it's catchy), witch I bought for my wife (she thinks, notch notch, know what I mean...) and you might like the resulting photo. (if not, don't mention it ;-) It's called: "Apricot white rose". And tha's because it's an ehh.. well.. apricot white rose I guess... ;-) CU mate. Link to comment
sonneland 0 Posted October 18, 2007 Frits, is just natural light, that seems to be the only light I work with. Shall look out for your apricot rose. All the best.....roger Link to comment
vicenteconcha 8 Posted October 18, 2007 I prefer color, with a light so soft, the color gives you more warmth. It is wonderful in any form. Best wishes. Your friend Vicente. Link to comment
truemarkphotography 0 Posted October 19, 2007 They are all very good, Roger...but I prefer color. Link to comment
bertr 0 Posted October 26, 2007 another one of your lovely images...Colour wins this contest hands down. what's the point of depriving the image of one of its best features? Why photograph a red rose in b&w???... Bert Link to comment
