Sisters), to an unnamed tarn. Almost all the winter snow melt was

gone lower down, but up here, there were still last remnants of Winter.

These waves of ice are quite compelling. Your capture removes some orienting features in the landscape and leaves a somewhat abstract representation, which I think is quite effective.

If you put this among a group of photo's by Ansel Adams I doubt if anyone would say it wasn't his. Stunning job and I hope this is hanging in a favorite spot in your home. 7/7

Thank you, Charlie (and belatedly: Jeff, Tony, and Leo). Actually, no, I've never printed it, though I hope to get access to a wet darkroom again soon. My printing chops are so rusty by this point that it would probably take me forever to get this looking the way I want.
