I think you should have cropped off almost all of the black band at the top, leaving just a tiny sliver. Then crop off about half as much off the bottom just to help balance the image. I do like the overall image that you've posted, but I question it being in the abstract category. I do realize that abstract views are quite personal to each photographer, but I would not have posted this as an abstract. (rated anonymously 6/5)
