Creative vision lost on me.

Saw this walking down the street, anyone think its as funny as I do?

I think if they really wanted a "creative vision" they should play with a paint gun a bit and then add some police tape. Maybe that's a bit macabre, but it is "creative." Nice treatment of your vision. The only thing that bugs me is the lack of straightening of the wall, most easily seen in the angle of the gutter pipe.
