The Queen-Ngorongoro crater-Tanzania

Gorgeous shot! Love the colour blend of foreground/subject/background, and incredibly sharp. I see what you mean about that 400 lens! Detail highlighted by the fact you can see your vehicle reflected in her eyes.

Will look forward to seeing the rest of your portfoliio....keep in mind my basic lens when viewing mine...hopefully the framing is ok at least! Regards, Nigel

Thanks for commenting my king fisher. That photo was actually uncropped. I didn't have a tripod so I layed the 600 on the hood of my dad's truck. It was my first time to see a king fisher so I was excited. I guess I can always go back and take some more.

Anyways, this photo has wonderful colors and sharpness. I love the DOF too. Congrats.
