raystofberg 0 Posted October 1, 2007 The black frame around my images is not added afterwards. It is there when I take my images, it comes out of my camera directly like this. I do not add it later. The framing in another color is like asking film to be other than black. It is just there. I could cut it off in Photoshop, which I do with some images, but it is a natural border that is there because the sensor I use is bigger than the shutter opening of the camera. This creates a black border just like film that is not hit by light. I leave it on in many cases because I try to get the composition right on in my finder. Cutting of the frame just doesn't feel right in many cases. I sometimes do cut it off. Link to comment
