christine_philippe_marie 0 Posted September 29, 2007 The landscape is incredible there and makes a good picture almost by itself... Any tip for improving the shot, the composition ? Thank you !!! Link to comment
peter_weimann1 21 Posted September 29, 2007 competing against thousands of shots taken there, but in better light. Near noon is not a good idea for a landscape photo. Get up earlier or be there later and you will win. First or latest hour of daylight is best. Hope this helps. Greetings Peter Link to comment
steven_ej 0 Posted September 29, 2007 I myself wouldn't be so afraid of the sun. I like the shadows and I also like the bright tones of the ground as it contrasts nicely with the hills and the stark trees. Very nice! Link to comment
zigzag 0 Posted September 29, 2007 Eyecatching = stark trees against the red desert, you have the start of an implied line with the trees but the first trunk is almost centred. I feel that the lines could be emphasised more. Link to comment
