I like your image, it is well composed with good sharpness & detail.Like the way the sky darkens towards the top of the image & the reflection of the sky in the pond.Too bad you could not include all of the pond, but perhaps it extends too far to be included in the composition. Regards-Ross

I can just hear the quiet in this photo!! It's great! Would sure love to be there, since it's late September and still in the 90's here.

Thanks Ross - ya I debated over the whole pond in the picture or not. I have to admit I took about 25 shots from as many angles as possible, and this is the one that jumped out at me. Thanks for the comments really appreciated

Michael you would have loved it - I left the base camp at 07:00 and hiked into the mountains for about 3 hours to get to this part of the trail. it still took me another 2 hours to get to the top of Mt Albert Edwards - Top Left peak. Awesum View from the top!
