Great photo, Really good DOF and use of long exposure. Water looks like mist, good exposure balance too, spot on.

Sort of a synergy in the cue...I liked the interesting relationship between the spanish dancers, which is not to the right of this in the interesting photos of the last three days, and this. Maybe, you could cut a deal for a dyptich.
