caincaptures 0 Posted September 10, 2007 I don't really know much about nature shots, but I think that losing your light may have actually worked out to your advantage. The soft pink sky in the corner really gave the snow a neat effect. I like the position on the sun light in the corner. Very pleasing. Link to comment
stp 6 Posted September 10, 2007 I think Julie's right. And the neat thing about photography is that you can leave the shutter open and eventually gather more light than the eye can see. I really like this rendition of Mt. Baker; the soft, lenticular cloud is such a contrast to the ruggedness of the mountain and the somewhat foreboding background clouds. Link to comment
dr dan 0 Posted September 10, 2007 The lenticular cloud and the soft light vs the nicely sharp almost pure black and white mountain really make this shot. Link to comment

bigsquashbuggy 0 Posted September 25, 2007 Nice, very nice!! The fading light did indeed work to your advantage. Love the cloud formation on the peak - it helps set the shot apart. Link to comment
quasifoto 0 Posted June 8, 2008 This is a wonderful shot of Mt Baker. I agree that the cloud formation above the peak really tops it off! Congratulations! Best Regards,Gary Link to comment
