Well, I just added a few portraits very similar to this one. But I must say it's a very cool one!

The brightly lit hair seems to me intrusive, rather than balancing or compositionally useful. The iris of the eye seems too dark -- you can start to see iris/pupil separation, but it's hard. I like the very narrow view -- pretty much the magic triangle of portraiture, of course.
