PS.... is it possible that the horizon seems at a tilt?

Yes that is a spot light, and no I don't believe that the horizon is tilted, but I could be wrong. The guy standing on the top is standing up straight and the spot light was also perpendicular to the horizon if I remember correctly. Thanks for the comments! - Lex
