mathewcook 0 Posted September 1, 2007 As the Earth came directly between the Sun and the Moon, its shadow blacked out the bright light of a full moon. This resulted in a creepy, dimly lit blood red full moon that sort of looked like Mars. This photo was taken as Earths shadow began to slowly leave the surface of the Moon. The entire process lasted just over 3 hours. Thanks for comments and critiques. Link to comment
