To me, this is far more effective when seen in its entirety, as in the thumbnail, rather than in the detail view that I am seeing now, where my monitor is just not large enough to view the image w/o scrolling.

It's probably best viewed as a print from a distance so the details like the wood grain are not so apparent and the viewer can focus on the shapes (which are quite interesting and suggestive of a musical instrument or a score, perhaps.) Nice portfolio btw.

That is what it reminded me of - a musical score! I am going to resize the shot and upload again so the whole frame is on the screen.
