These are really nice and the soft focus in the back is a positive effect in my opinion. the blue in the back brings out the blue in her eyes, plus compliments her soft features !!

I love the background here. I can't tell what it is, it looks abstract, like streams of sunlight. And the blue is fabulous! She looks so natural and relaxed, the blowing hair is great, and I like the framing. Lovely!

Good job on all of these Stevi-cuss! In all of them, I love your backgrounds and your DOF - perfect!! It is also apparent that you are making Payton feel comfortable and at ease in front the camera - the firt key to a successful portrait! I also love the poses you are catching her in - all very natural and not "contrived". I find the focus a bit soft on this one but I'm commneting on this one because I like it so much - I love her expression and the way the wind is blowing her hair. I noticed in a couple of the newer shots the face/cheeks/nose are a bit overexposed. On my camera, there is a meter to tell me if it is overexposed or not and in addition I can check the info afterwards and the image will flash on and off any parts of it that are overexposed. Do you not have something like that on your camera? I don't know PS but I bet somebody can tell you how to bring down the overly bright portions. Now on to another one!

This is one of my favorites. Her smile draws you in...her eyes keep you there. Such a cute girl. Good job with this shoot Steve. I bet she will have a hard time picking some out.
