manuel, do you have opportunity to shoot one 'for' her as well? a keepsake she can treasure, if you will, by a talented photographer, that shows how beautiful she is? very sad, this is, like a mugshot.

When I read this last comment I felt a bit confused... I not sure to know what a "prettyshot" could be for you... This girl is a friend of mine and I assure you that she is awesome... You can think that she lives in a place marked by poverty and "inferior" living conditions; Moreover, you can also think that her crappy clothes, or the fact that she is barefoot shows a "mugshot"; however, I am sure that there is something else to see in this "mugshot". Perhaps if you see this portrait again you may question, why does she live like this, or if she prefered to stand like this in this photograph instead of posing for a "beautiful shot". When someone decide to explore the different aspects and situations that exists in life, you meet a reality that not always shows "niceshots". I only meant that I would like to see her own personality as well. you misunderstand my meaning of beauty here. as to your portfolio, I did visit and was impressed by the work.
