quinn 0 Posted June 22, 2002 I know that these are sometimes considered cliché or overdone images, but this is exceptionally nice. Both the technical and artistic quality is very nice. The light, the composition, it's a great iamge! Link to comment
steve_harrison 0 Posted June 22, 2002 One of those classic '3rds' images that uses light and composition to turn a mediocre subject into a beautiful photo. I love the tone - how did you do it Jim? Link to comment
jimh 0 Posted June 22, 2002 How I did it? Nothing special really. It's a tree nearby and I visit it quite often when the light seems interesting. This time the light was marvellous, a deep blue gray sky with a low sun shining directly on the tree. Most often my problem is about fitting the sky into the film range. This time it was harder to fit the tree in :-) Link to comment
peter_daalder 0 Posted October 6, 2002 The last time that I used this film was for astrophotography! It is a great film for hypersensitization... I think that the characteristics of this film aided you in obtaining a wonderful result here. Terrific! Link to comment
