cherlyn 1 Posted August 13, 2007 Great spontaneity to express their love, blindness of the crowd. Link to comment
hy 0 Posted August 14, 2007 Very good shot and interpretation, Kasey. I like the way they tied up. Link to comment
kasey wilson 0 Posted August 16, 2007 Thanks, everybody! I loved the way the guy pulled her in with the pearls, too. This was at a concert, and their being "blind" to their surroundings (the crowd, the noise and me!) was my interpretation. :D KW Link to comment
kcole 0 Posted August 16, 2007 Great job KW! Love the spontinuity and the grabbing f pearls! Very cool interpretation! Cheers Cole Link to comment

jeffl7 0 Posted August 18, 2007 This stage of love is great, when the world melts away and there's nothing but you and your love tangled into each other. Link to comment

alibek 0 Posted August 21, 2007 I don't know who is blind here. Either I'm unsure whether Love is blindness, or what we call 'love' isn't what it was meant to be. I like you set of aperture, merged everyone within the dof range. I also do believe God is in everyone, hence all of those, messing around behind the couple, are hiding these feeling deep in their hearts. Got hit and no excuses? Now, they are blind; they're the crowd. Isolation. My second try to interpret this is that the lady is blind... well, blinded. We assume lad knows what he does, and he tugged her neckless on to his finger...in context of love... or, what we tend to call love. Control. Isolation and control have led my parents to divorce... just like telling lie while you're kissing someone. sad. not the best way to evolve thoughts... sorry for bad associations. Every tunnel has its lighspot in the end. A. Link to comment
Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted August 26, 2007 Interesting composition, a bit quirky because the rather deep DOF breaks all the rules in pictures like this. It produces a different effect, that of two people into each other, unconcerned by the indifference of the world, like the old saying that "to the world, you are one person, but to one person, you are the world". kasey wilson 0 Posted August 26, 2007 Thanks for the comments everyone! Alibek, I can understand your 'bad associations.' I suppose we've all had our share of heartbreak. But I love to capture moments like these, unexpected little reminders that love is alive, after all... KW Link to comment
